Hours of Operation:

Mon-Fri, 8am-10pm (by appointment only, all testing must be completed by 10pm)
Closed for legal holidays and UW-Madison final exam week.

Proctor Fee:

$20/hr + processing fee of $3.50. This is paid online during the scheduling process. You will be charged for the entire amount of time you reserve for your exam.

Test Delivery and Test Return:

It is your responsibility to make sure you have gone through all the steps your institution requires to have the exam sent to our office by the date you are scheduled to test. If you are unsure of how to have the exam sent to us, contact your institution.

We will scan and email the exam to the designated contact from your institution. If your institution requires the exam to be mailed back, you are responsible for providing postage at the time of your exam. All completed exams are stored for 3 months and then securely destroyed.
